Spring at the Silos!

Good Morning Lovelies!

I can’t believe it has been an entire week since spring break! I headed home for my little break to have a stay-cation in Houston! One day we decided to make the drive to Waco to finally visit the Magnolia Market at the Silos!

You guys… This absolutely exceeded all of my expectations and more. Of course, I knew it would be perfect if Joanna Gaines had anything to do with it, but I didn’t expect it to be so gorgeous! Immediately upon arrival at the Silos, you know it was designed with family values in mind!

When you step through the little walk way, the entire Silos just seems to open up to you! There is a huge lawn turf in the middle, with huge (really darling) bean bags and a bunch of “tailgating” games that you can play! Surrounding the turf is a ton of DELICIOUS, GOURMET food trucks.. Oh my goodness y’all.. You are certainly not short on choice for what to eat! We ate at a yummy little BBQ truck and it was so yummy.

I feel like I would be lying to you if I told  you it wasn’t crowded… We got to Waco just after 12 and as soon as we pulled up to park by the Silos we knew it was packed! At first we were daunted at how busy it was, but we spoke to some people who were queuing in line to get into the store and realized how quickly the line was moving! It only took about 20 min to get inside the store and then you have free reign to look around for as long as you want! I think it is absolutely worth it to go there and it is such a gorgeous store!

My only tip would be to go early! If you’re coming in from out of town, I think you’ll thank yourself for getting up and making the drive early to arrive there for them opening! They open at 8:30 and I can imagine that would be the prime time to get some shopping in at the silos!

I had so much fun and I am so glad I went! I would definitely go back!!

Thank you so much for reading!

Xx, Abigail

    1. It’s definitely worth the trip!! You could plan a trip to Houston for the spring and also go to the rodeo! Or you could plan a trip to hill country with a detour to Waco! 🙂
